The UnCommon Incubator at The Rotunda

The UnCommon Incubator is a free, equity-free 60-Day AI Sprint for early-stage AI companies and student founders. Housed inside The Rotunda, one of uptown Oakland's most storied and beautifully renovated buildings, the program gives founders access to workspace, a resident mentor network, and Demo Day investor introductions.

The 60-Day Sprint

How It Works

Two cohorts per year. Each culminates in a Demo Day with investor introductions and continued access to the resident mentor network.

Apply
Submit your name, contact, and a brief description of your idea. No pitch deck required. We read every application.
Step 2
Join the Cohort
Accepted teams get full coworking access at The Rotunda for 60 days, plus onboarding into the community and mentor network.
Step 3
Build in Community
Work alongside other early-stage teams, attend programming, and get introductions to resident companies and advisors.
Step 4
Demo Day
Present to a curated investor audience. Graduates with traction can transition directly to paid membership inside The Rotunda.
